TUTORIAL: HOW TO REPAIR SKIN BARRIER

    Not everyone has healthy skin because some people have their own skin problems due to lack of knowledge about skin education or how to care for their skin in terms of skincare routine. People can unintentionally weaken their skin barrier if you conduct a complicated daily skin routine involving a basket of items. Most people have a complex skincare routine and the use of various ingredients. The goal is to get better and healthier skin but unknowingly not all the ingredients used are necessary for our skin. 

    Our skin barrier is very important to protect in order to function properly for good health. If the skin experiences blemishes, burning, dehydration, oiliness, and increased sensitivity, it means that our skin barrier has been damaged due to not being able to function properly. This happens because of mistakes made when doing skincare routines such as washing the face for too long and being too rough when exfoliating. Ingredients that have highly alkaline and strong acne medication can also damage our skin barrier. In order to restore our skin barrier, we need to have a basic skincare routine and practice it consistently for at least 6 months.
